How I Work
I bring more than thirty years of experience leading, building, and advising mission-driven organizations. My approach combines strategic thinking with close attention to people, culture, leadership, and implementation.
Sometimes the work is a strategic planning process. Sometimes it is a retreat, an organizational challenge, a leadership transition, or a problem that has not yet been clearly defined. I often enter when an organization knows something needs to move but isn't yet sure what the process should be.
